Usually most peoples single biggest financial transaction, moving home should be taken very seriously - likewise you should only appoint an Estate Agent you are confident cares about selling your home as much as you do and understands the importance of this to you.

Don't be swayed by cut price advertising, or mega cheap fees - this is the most expensive transaction of your life! You should not cut corners, and remember, a couple of hundred pounds spent at the start could end up gaining (or saving) you thousands of pounds. You Estate Agent must have selling property as their number one priority, so beware any agent who sells as a sideline to their main business.
